1. What Is Campaign Management?

Campaign Management is how Sopro organizes, configures, and runs outbound prospecting campaigns. A campaign brings together everything needed to reach the right people: the audience (who to contact), the messaging (what to say), the email setup (how to send), and the targeting rules (which companies are a good fit).

In Simple Terms

"A campaign is a structured plan for reaching out to a specific set of prospects with tailored messages. Campaign management handles the full lifecycle — from setup to results."

4. Campaign Lifecycle

Every campaign follows a clear lifecycle from creation to completion:

StageWhat Happens
SetupCampaign is created, goals defined, audience linked, messaging configured
ActiveOutreach is running — prospects are being contacted according to the schedule
PausedCampaign is temporarily stopped (no new sends) but data is preserved
CompletedAll prospects have been contacted or the campaign end date has been reached

5. Company Suitability — AI Scoring

Before contacting prospects at a company, Sopro uses AI-powered scoring to determine how suitable that company is for the campaign. This prevents wasting effort on companies that aren't a good fit.

How Company Suitability Works

What the AI Considers

FactorDescription
Industry alignmentDoes the company's industry match the campaign's target?
Company sizeIs the company the right size for the product/service being offered?
Products/servicesDoes what they do align with what the campaign is selling?

The Value

  • Less wasted effort — Poor-fit companies are filtered out early
  • Client satisfaction — Leads are higher quality because targeting is smarter
